Our Indianapolis, Indiana facility is seeking a highly accurate and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing inventory adjustments, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles. Proficiency with inventory management software and RF scanners is essential. We are committed to a safe work environment, and adherence to safety procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role involves regular movement throughout the warehouse, which may include some lifting of inventory items. A strong understanding of stock rotation, receiving, and put-away processes will be highly beneficial. - Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Train warehouse staff on inventory best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
