As a DC Associate, you will play a critical role in the entire logistics process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. We emphasize a strong safety culture, requiring all associates to strictly follow safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, including extensive walking, bending, stooping, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Experience with warehouse equipment and a good understanding of warehouse logistics are highly desirable. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Follow all protocols for PPE and safe lifting practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including significant lifting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures, including PPE usage.
- Team player mentality and strong work ethic.
