We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling warehouse operations in Miami, Florida. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position demands a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding high standards of productivity and **Safety**. As part of our **Logistics** team, you'll contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
- Operate equipment such as scanners and printers to manage orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all **Safety** guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Wear appropriate **PPE** at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Assist with other **Logistics** and warehouse tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, picking, or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and **Lifting** up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
