We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our thriving facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. You'll contribute to the efficient movement of goods, ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively and that orders are processed accurately and on time. This is a physically demanding position that requires energy, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification/training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 60 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
Requirements: Candidates must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The role involves frequent manual labor and Lifting. Understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory management is advantageous. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are expected to strictly follow all Safety procedures.
