The Firm was established in 2004 by Larry O'Brien and Chris Tartaglia. It has 17 full-time employees, focusing on private sector commercial and industrial projects, especially in retail petroleum, convenience retail, and fast-food development sectors in LI/NYC. Position Summary
Civil engineer with at least 5 years of civil design/site planning experience for small to midsize commercial and mid-to-large industrial and residential projects. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus but not mandatory. Strong English writing and grammar skills are essential. Willingness to undergo training for development purposes. Education & Experience
Mandatory experience with stormwater management/design and SWPPP preparation. PE license or active pursuit of licensure is desirable. Experience/testifying at municipal hearings is a plus. Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
