We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Corporate Functions and Applications space at a fast-growing life sciences/biotech company. This role offers high visibility across the organization and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a small, collaborative team environment. Experience with ERP systems and Oracle applications is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for initiatives across finance, HR, procurement, and other corporate functions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define scope, and deliver technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive the effective use of Oracle ERP applications to improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify project risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment .

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing corporate function or enterprise application projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle applications and ERP platforms in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.

- Excellent skills in project planning, execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication .
- Previous experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry is required.
