As the Retention Marketing Manager, you will drive customer and consignor retention with a focus on sales + retail enablement. This role sits at the cross section of marketing, sales + retail to optimize and scale our growth both digitally and in person.

What You Get To Do Every Day
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Merch, and Retail to drive engagement from top of funnel to bottom of funnel
- Manage strategic content of marketing portal for both retail and sales colleagues to provide the assets needed to support business goals
- Responsible for the health of digital campaigns including deliverability, audience growth, engagement, and conversion - while partnering with production team on efficiencies and platform updates
- Lead testing strategy with sales partners on new Pardot automations or clienteling opportunities
- Streamline sales + retails processes and ensure updates + data capture are effectively measured + communicated
- Build strong relationships with sales reps, store teams, and other stakeholders
- Optimize existing Pardot campaigns based on performance and prioritizing for impact
- Deliver on initiatives to retain and reactivate consignors + buyers in partnership with sales + retail teams
- Oversee sales tools and technology to enhance team effectiveness and adoption
- Be an authority on copy and design, leveraging past performance data to back decisions
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Acquisition Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Pricing and Planning, and Site to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging and strategy
- Management of marketing portal
- Assist with market and competitive research to inform marketing strategies
- Partner with product on test + learn strategies to drive both sides of the marketplace
- Gather feedback from store + sales teams, identify knowledge gaps, and continuously iterate on marketing strategy
- Build toolkits for sales + retail teams to be able to action on and scale locally
- Supports retail and sales teams with HV events in TRR store and external outside of store events
- Creates and manages sales enablement content like playbooks, training materials, and customer-facing resources
What You Bring To The Role
- 6+ years using CRM tools and or sales enablement experience
- Experience with A/B testing and a combination of B2C and B2B lead nurturing experience
- Adept in strategic thinking & analytics with a passion for innovation and creative problem solving (familiarity using tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Braze, Looker)
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a demanding and ambiguous environment with competing priorities
- Prior ecommerce, retention, lead generation, loyalty or mobile marketing experience is a plus
Compensation, Benefits, + Perks
The expected salary range for this role is $116,280.00-$130,815.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
