CharterUP is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our growing Data Science team in Atlanta. In this role, you'll work on predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis projects that drive high-impact decisions across the business. You'll report to our Data Scientist and contribute directly to leadership-level insights, helping CharterUP continue to scale intelligently. Analyze and interpret large datasets to surface trends, build models, and generate actionable insights. Build and maintain predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, time series) to forecast business outcomes. Conduct statistical analysis using Python and SQL to inform decision-making. Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs for operational and strategic use. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a similar field. 1+ years of experience in a data-driven role OR relevant graduate research experience. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet tools like Excel/Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques such as regression analysis, logistic regression, time series forecasting, or classification models. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD We believe great people can live anywhereand they deserve great benefits, too.
