My client, a leading Financial Services organisation based in Northampton are looking for a number of Business Analysts to join a major programme of work on a permanent basis. You’ll be working within a fast-paced environment to help bridge strategic objectives with day-to-day operational execution—supporting the design and delivery of regulatory enhancements to the platforms. Your work will underpin the successful rollout of scalable, future-proof solutions across multiple business areas, running analysis on regulatory requirements, then supporting the implementation of these in to customer facing platforms. If you have experience in any of the below, please apply: Proven Business Analyst experience (preferable within the Financial Services or a large scale blue-chip organisation) Experience delivering regulatory initiatives would be highly beneficial Digital or software delivery experience Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus Understanding of change impacts, business readiness, and structured delivery Experience working with or alongside Salesforce platforms would be of interest This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a new programme of work, that will cut across multiple business units within the firm.
