We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual in the role of Operational Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator for the Community Nursing service. The post holder will be responsible in supporting the Operations Manager, Clinical Team Leaders and Admin Team Manager to ensure effective management of the processes and systems in place to support with data quality, be responsible for the plotting and maintenance of the nursing rotas via Health Roster and supervision of the admin staff. Qualifications
Level 4 in Business Administration or able to demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge and experience Word processing to OCR 3 standard, or able to demonstrate equivalent level of skill Knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Working knowledge of a range of administrative procedures A detailed understanding of the Integrated Community Services office environment Knowledge of using data collection systems and SystmOne An understanding of EOL, ERoster management, EExpenses or an equivalent system Knowledge of incident reporting and complaints handling Experience
Practical experience of working with others Experience in using one's own initiative Experience of producing spreadsheets and reports Practical experience of computerised recording systems Experience of working within a health service environment Previous experience of carrying out professional supervision Experience of carrying out personal development reviews Disclosure and Barring Service Check
