What you'll be doing
Owning and delivering social content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
Planning and coordinating posts aligned to marketing and campaign objectives
Working with PR agencies, influencers and ambassadors to deliver standout campaigns
Creating and sharing video, UGC and supplier content across channels
Supporting UK stores with social assets, guidance and best practice
Attending trade shows and events to capture live, engaging content
Tracking performance, testing new ideas and exploring emerging platforms
What we're looking for
2+ years' experience in social media marketing
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience in retail or consumer marketing
Confident creating video and comfortable being on camera
Organised, adaptable and commercially minded
Passion for the hair & beauty industry
