Location: Remote / Field-based (you will be assigned to one local territory) Responsibilities
Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (~75% of signings) Generate your own pipeline through referrals and cold canvassing (~25% of signings) Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs and secure deals Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding Own your territory with disciplined planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale Share feedback and insights with SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution Commission:

Proven field sales experience (any industry) Strong face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection handling Self-starter with a high-performance mindset Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline management Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and operations teams Motivated by commission, responsibility, and clear progression Background
Field sales experience is required Experience selling to SME owners preferred Payments or fintech experience not required Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is mandatory Willing and able to travel daily within your assigned territory (mileage reimbursed; no car allowance) Welcome to Flatpay!
