We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our distributed global team and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative AI-driven tools for B2B enterprises within one of EPAMs largest accounts. You'll work with a talented design team during the product design phase, contributing to transformative solutions that empower organizations to thrive in the digital age. This role is primarily remote; however, it will require occasional onsite visits to Brooklyn, NY. Candidates should be local or willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the design team to create impactful and innovative enterprise UX solutions that meet the needs of B2B customers
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, ensuring alignment and delivering compelling design strategies
  • Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions to define UX strategy, drive alignment, and generate creative ideas
  • Present, explain, and advocate design decisions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind concepts and ensuring stakeholder buy-in
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams in a fast-paced agile environment to ensure designs are technically feasible and seamlessly integrated
  • Proactively gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable design solutions
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are both user-centric and goal-oriented
  • Incorporate accessibility best practices to ensure inclusivity across all designs
  • Finalize technical and functional diagrams based on initially conceptualized sketches from architects and consultants

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer
  • Strong skills in organizing and structuring content to create intuitive navigation and seamless user experiences
  • Ability to define UX strategies and lead workshop facilitation sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with designing large-scale enterprise applications, with a solid understanding of complex workflows and systems
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams in agile environments to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated capacity for proactive requirements gathering and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Expertise in using data and user feedback to make informed design decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards and designs that meet the needs of diverse users
  • Experience designing for B2B audiences is preferred
  • Experience designing for AI-driven tools or solutions is a strong plus
