Are you excited to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Global IT? As an IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) in our Operational Excellence PMO team, based in Munich, you support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage change and requirements, and assess system impacts across our enterprise application landscape, with a strong focus on Salesforce, SAP, and business automations. UAT Ownership: You lead and coordinate end-to-end UAT activities, including test scenario and test case definition, execution support, and defect tracking, working closely with business stakeholders, Project Managers, and IT teams using Jira Software and Jira Service Management
Quality & Governance: You ensure that UAT results are fully documented, traceable, and aligned with business expectations, IT General Controls (ITGC), and internal governance standards
Change & Requirements Management: You create and manage change requests driven by UAT results, releases, and business feedback, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
Impact Analysis: You perform system and process impact assessments across Salesforce, SAP, backend systems, and automation platforms, identifying dependencies and supporting solution design with System Architects and Technical Leads
System Landscape Documentation: You develop, document, and maintain the IT system landscape, including integrations, data flows, system ownership, and dependencies
- Stakeholder Enablement: You facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and alignment meetings, ensuring clear communication around changes, testing outcomes, and system impacts
Experience: You bring 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) or in a comparable role within complex enterprise IT environments (PMI-PBA® or IIBA-CBAP certification is a strong plus)
UAT & Testing Expertise: You have experience owning and coordinating UAT cycles, including test strategy selection, execution support, and defect management aligned with business objectives
Enterprise Systems Exposure: You understand enterprise system landscapes, integrations, data flows, and architecture frameworks (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, enterprise system landscape tools such as BOC ADOIT, ArchiMate or similar)
Change, Impact & Risk Management: You can manage structured requirements and change processes, with a strong ability to assess risks related to automation, data integrity, system stability, and compliance
Business–IT Communication: You have the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-oriented language and to challenge requirements or go-live decisions when risks are identified
- PMO & Stakeholder Collaboration: You are highly skilled in analysis, organization, and stakeholder management, with experience working in PMO, project, or program environments being a strong advantage
Stakeholder Alignment: You build strong working relationships with key business and IT stakeholders across the organization
PMO Process Integration: You align business analysis and UAT activities with the PMO project lifecycle and Jira-based workflows
UAT Independence: You independently lead end-to-end UAT cycles, from test scenario creation through execution and formal sign-off
Change & Impact Ownership: You take ownership of UAT-driven change request coordination and system impact assessments
