Human Resources Manager – Lead, Organize, and Shape HR for a Growing Team

What You'll Do:

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee relations
• Maintain and update HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
• Administer HR systems
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, administrative, and early career roles
• Develop and manage internship and early career programs, including onboarding and evaluations
• Support training, engagement initiatives, and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on HR experience with ownership of HR operations
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a hands-on capacity
