Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Automotive Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and driving new business opportunities within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective automotive clients using warm calling techniques
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities in the automotive sector, focusing on business development strategies
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and update client information accurately
  • Present product solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating technical knowledge of automotive technology and services
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to expand the company's market presence in the automotive industry
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales within the automotive or related industries
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development in the automotive sector is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry developments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $50,000.00 per year
