As our Assistant Manager / Team Lead, you'll be the Director of Fun, guiding an awesome team to deliver unforgettable experiences every day. This is a hands-on leadership role with real growth potential in our fast-expanding company (multiple locations across NC and beyond).

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead and facilitate tactical laser tag missions, explaining rules and hyping up groups for maximum excitement
• Manage daily operations, oversee team members, and ensure smooth gameplay and guest safety
• Deliver top-tier customer service handle groups, birthdays, corporate team building, and parties
• Train staff to keep the energy high and the "no drama" vibe strong
• Step in as needed to keep the arena running like a well oiled battlefield

What We're Looking For:

• Confident public speaking and group leadership skills (you'll be talking to 40+ people at once)
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or team lead experience (retail, events, or entertainment a big plus)
• High energy personality with a passion for fun, teamwork, and making people smile
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, weekend-heavy environment
• No laser tag experience needed, we'll train you
