Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Clearly explain repair estimates, service recommendations, and maintenance options using automotive diagnostics knowledge
• Write detailed service orders, ensuring accuracy in auto estimating and service writing processes
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, suspension work, tire services, alignments, shocks & struts, engine repairs, air brake systems, and etc.
• Upsell additional services by identifying customer needs while maintaining integrity and transparency
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during
