Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction plumbing techniques.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks for both new installations and repairs.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Knowledgeable in Operating Heavy Equipment is a plus.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems or related mechanical components.
• Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry, maintenance person tasks, or system upgrades as needed.
• Follow schematics and technical instructions to ensure precise installation of pipes, fixtures, and related components.

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a strong background in construction plumbing.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic mechanical principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various outdoor or indoor environments.
• Prior experience with remodeling or assembly work is a MUST.

Pay: $ $200.00 per day
