Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, territory management, and building strong customer relationships. A background in B2B sales, management, and technical sales is highly desirable. The Construction Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic lead generation, product demonstrations, and effective negotiation skills.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within the construction sector
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions
- Conduct product demos and presentations to clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Engage in inside and outside sales activities, including direct sales efforts at job sites or client properties
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for territory expansion
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while maintaining professional relationships
- Provide technical support and product expertise to clients during the sales process
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within the construction or related industries
- Strong background in management,
