Position Overview

We're looking for a self-directed, hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and work alongside our small warehouse team. This role is perfect for someone who can think on their feet, troubleshoot quickly, and keep operations running smoothly without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Warehouse Management

• Oversee and participate in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries.
• Schedule and manage a small team of employees.

Amazon-Focused Fulfillment

• Prepare and manage Amazon shipments (carton prep, labeling, palletizing) in full compliance with Amazon requirements.
• Process orders quickly and accurately to maintain top seller metrics.

Inventory Control & Quality

• Ensure quality control, reconciliation, and clear communication with internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies independently and promptly.

Process & Space Optimization

• Develop/refine SOPs to improve speed and accuracy.
• Maximize storage efficiency within a small warehouse footprint.

Team Leadership

• Train, motivate, and support a small warehouse team.
• Work side-by-side with staff, stepping in to solve problems and meet deadlines.

Safety & Organization

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse.
• Enforce safe work practices for all team members.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management experience is not required — shipping/logistics knowledge preferred.

• Self-directed and resourceful, with the ability to solve problems as they arise.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Hands-on approach and willingness to assist in daily operations.

• Physically able to remain active throughout the day.
