We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team in Glenview, Illinois. Position Overview

The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for managing residential mortgage files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This is a full-time, in-office position, requiring local residency near Glenview, IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loan files from submission through closing
• Review and analyze loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Apply accounting principles to evaluate income, assets, credit, and financial statements
• Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties
• Clear underwriting conditions and resolve file issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and pleasant attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Mortgage Loan Processor and/or Underwriting experience preferred
• Prior experience in the financial services industry strongly encouraged
• Solid understanding of accounting principles related to financial documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Positive, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
