Job Details Job Location: South Haven, MI 49090 Job Shift: Day Shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
•    Ensure inventory is accurate by performing regular cycle counts
•    Process daily sales order fulfillments in Visual
•    Process inventory adjustments for customer orders
•    Maintain and update inventory records
•    Reconcile inventory discrepancies
•    Ability to thoroughly understand and use ERP 
•    Review, approve cycle counts daily
•    Review and verify records
•    Other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
•    High computer proficiency
•    Ability to read, write, perform simple arithmetic 
•    Knowledge of parts/materials
•    Attention to detail
•    Records maintenance skills
•    Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
•    Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate channels
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
•    Self starter and motivated
•    Able to multitasking
•    Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
•    Travel required 0% of the time

The ability to work collaboratively with team members to support productivity and operational efficiency is also essential.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES

Must be able to pass forklift certification test and drive a forklift.
