Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction in our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events or special functions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new drink recipes, and menu changes to enhance guest experience.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong customer service skills with a background in hospitality or food service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail math for managing cash flow and inventory is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Must possess valid food handling certification as per local regulations.
