Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced
Survey Project Manager
to lead land surveying and construction staking projects across
California public works and private development
initiatives. You'll manage projects, lead teams, and work directly with clients and public agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction staking projects
• Lead field crews and office staff
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules
• Review and produce CAD drawings (AutoCAD Civil 3D)
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and agencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of land surveying experience (California projects preferred)
• 3+ years in project or team leadership
• Strong knowledge of CA surveying standards and municipal codes
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with public works and private development projects
