Position Summary Nestled at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers, our factory has been a cornerstone since 1910. As one of the largest manufacturers in the region, we ship countless truckloads and railcars of beloved brands like Fancy Feast®, Friskies®, and Pro Plan®. Beyond our mass production, our Jefferson factory proudly donates 1.2 million cans of food annually, supporting over 40 animal shelters and organizations. Our factory is also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity to use your management expertise to take your career to the next level as you lead warehouse operations for our dynamic manufacturing environment. Pave the way for our dedicated team on the back shift, ensuring the seamless execution of receiving, storage, and shipping functions to support our plant's production operations and other vital functions. Your leadership will foster a safe, efficient, and cost-effective work environment that meets all factory and company standards.Train and guide your team, assign tasks, and ensure they have the tools and resources needed for success.Maintain training records, manage schedules, and ensure accurate documentation of warehouse operations.Collaborate with production team leaders, transportation staff, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.Set goals for your team, monitor performance, and seek opportunities for operational enhancements.Utilize and develop proficiency in warehouse management systems and other software tools to optimize operations. Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, military, or related environment.
