We are looking for a PT to join our team to work with patients living in the Naples area. East Naples, Naples, North Naples, Golden Gate City, Golden Gate Estates and Bonita Springs.

*How you will make a difference:*
As a physical therapist you will help patients meet their goals in the places, they call home. You will connect with your patients through their treatment plan and monitoring their progress. PTs who enjoys creating their own schedule, autonomy and experience with a wide range of ages and conditions will shine in this role! We do not employe PTA’s, so you will follow the patient from admission, treatment and discharge. We are NON Medicare, so we have different regulations to follow. We own our own technology our charting is very easy, user friendly and customizable to each patient and their specific needs. Patients are typically on service with us from 4-6 weeks until they transition to out patient PT.
*What's required to join our team*:
· 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist.
· Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
· Current CPR
· Current PT license for FL
· Bilingual preferred but not required as we do have translations services available when needed.

*Compensation:*
· PT Evaluations and PT Treatments visits are paid per visit and are based on experience. Pay ranges from $70-80 per visit.
· Mileage reimbursement
· Tablet provided for charting and communication
