Whether you're new to the industry or already experienced, we'll equip you with a 100% scripted sales process , warm leads, and a 33% close ratio from sat appointments-so you can focus on what matters most: closing deals and helping families.
What You'll Do:
  • Work with inbound, pre-qualified leads -no cold calling
  • Use our step-by-step script to present and sell life insurance and financial products virtually
  • Guide clients through their options and answer questions with professionalism and care
  • Submit electronic applications and maintain client info in CRM
  • Attend weekly team calls and skill-building sessions
What You Bring:
  • Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
  • No license required to apply-we help you get licensed
  • Ability to follow a structured process and stay organized
  • Strong communication skills via phone and video
