We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our warehouse team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this critical logistics role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking products to fulfill customer orders. Using RF scanners and order lists, you will navigate the warehouse to locate and retrieve the correct items. Your responsibilities will also include staging picked items, ensuring accuracy, and preparing them for the packing process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has good stamina, and is committed to meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving consistent lifting (up to 40 lbs), standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. Safety is our top priority, and all team members must strictly follow safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE and safe lifting techniques. Comprehensive training on our picking systems and safety procedures will be provided.
