Responsibilities:
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational systems.
- Read production schedules, customer orders, or requisitions to determine items to be picked and pulled.
- Prepare products and packages for shipment.
- Load and unload goods from vehicles.
- Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (if applicable).
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
