We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant team in Orlando, Florida! In this essential role, you'll be directly involved in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. You will pick, pack, and prepare a wide variety of products for shipment, playing a key part in our logistics success. This position requires diligence, accuracy, and a commitment to efficiency. Working in a dynamic warehouse setting, you'll be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent service and contributing to the smooth operation of our distribution network.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Verify order details against items picked.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations, including PPE usage.
