We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy distribution center, contributing directly to the efficient flow of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including order picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. Your ability to work efficiently and safely is paramount. This role is essential for supporting our logistics network and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to complete your tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Adhere to all logistics and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
