You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and processing incoming goods to accurately fulfilling and shipping outgoing orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, categorize, and store items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick products according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper certification and training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long durations.
- Capability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines, including PPE usage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
