We are seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will include locating items within the warehouse, carefully packing them to prevent damage, and labeling them for dispatch. This is a fast-paced role where efficiency and accuracy are key to our logistics success. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently to ensure safe transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Meet daily picking and packing performance targets.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the facility.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
