The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and ensuring all machinery operates at peak efficiency. This role is vital for minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity within our busy logistics center. You will conduct preventative maintenance on forklifts, conveyor belts, racking systems, and other warehouse equipment. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues will be a core part of your duties. Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and ordering necessary parts and supplies are also essential. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. A commitment to workplace Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE . This position may involve significant Lifting of tools and parts.
