Your primary responsibilities will include selecting items from our warehouse inventory and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify product details against order information to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Ensure all orders are correctly assembled and labeled for dispatch.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, following established housekeeping procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and guidelines.
- Wear all required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in a picking, packing, or general warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
