We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our busy warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be at the heart of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. Your responsibilities will include picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work with a dedicated team to meet daily targets and maintain high standards of quality. This position requires a keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors. The role involves physical activity, including regular lifting of packages and standing for extended periods. We are deeply committed to workplace safety and require all employees to strictly follow safety procedures and wear the necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency in our logistics setting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures and logistics basics.
