Location: Zug or Basel Area, Switzerland | On-site / Hybrid

Job Type: Contracting / Temporary

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Support IT projects across R&D, manufacturing, quality, clinical, or commercial operations.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors to implement compliant and efficient solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct process mapping and gap analysis, and manage UAT activities.
• Ensure documentation and systems meet regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO standards).
• Contribute to change management, training, and go-live support.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a Pharma , Biotech , or Med Tech environment.
• Solid understanding of GxP regulations and computer system validation (CSV).
• Familiarity with tools or systems such as SAP, LIMS, MES, TrackWise, or Veeva is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (German is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Availability for contract-based, temporary assignments in Zug or Basel.
