Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and have the ability to pass an MVR and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience using a personal computer, including data entry, accessing data, or other relevant experience.
About the position
This position reports to the Vice President / County Manager.
Job Duties Include:
- Answers and routes phone calls; takes accurate messages.
- Assists escrow staff by requesting payoffs, calculating loans, and gathering documents to align with lender and purchase agreement requirements.
- Sends lender packages per closing instructions; disburses funds per accounting procedures and client needs.
- Inputs and retrieves closing data accurately and on time.
- Greets clients professionally, addresses concerns, and directs them appropriately.
- Uploads documents into the retention software and completes required fields.
- Performs clerical tasks: mail, filing, supplies, typing, copying, scanning, recordings, assessments, and light bookkeeping.
- Communicates professionally with staff and clients via phone, in person, or written correspondence.
- Supports company values, goals, and culture.
- Adapts positively to changes in responsibilities and expectations.
- Follows all company policies, including reliable attendance.
- Builds client base through local events and marketing.
- May use company or personal vehicle for deliveries to clients, banks, or courthouses.
- Performs other duties as needed.
