This role offers a
£32,000 basic salary ,
£38,000 OTE , and the potential to earn well beyond that —
no previous experience needed!
You’ll receive
full training
and a detailed
onboarding programme
to help you succeed and start earning from day one. After
six months , you’ll have the opportunity to progress to a
Sales Executive
position (if you choose), increasing your OTE to
£45,000+ , plus a
company car .

40 hours per week
across
five 8‑hour shifts , including most Saturdays, with a guaranteed day off during the week. And because we’re
closed every Sunday , you can enjoy a complete day of rest — every week, without exception.
What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through the full car‑buying journey. From arranging test drives and discussing finance options to recommending accessories, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll engage with customers
in‑store, online, by phone, or by video , supporting both local and national enquiries. Strong communication skills and confidence with technology are essential.
What We Need From You
A
full driving licence
(manual & automatic)
A passion for great customer service
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales.
