Here’s what you’ll be doing: Manage and grow a cross-functional product engineering team within a new, scalable organisational structure. Balance hands-on people leadership—including coaching, performance management, and career development—with maintaining strong technical oversight and context. Collaborate on architecture and system design, contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and autonomous delivery within sprint cycles.
