Sekisui Singapore Pte Ltd (SSP) seeks a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the unit’s activities, develop and implement effective business strategies, and drive commercial success in the Southeast Asia region. Responsibilities
Lead the Business Unit to deliver commercial results, manage personnel, leverage data insights to optimize performance Ensure operational execution meets or exceeds client standards consistently Establish and nurture strong partnerships with distributors to enhance brand engagement and increase regional sell-through Collaborate with partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives that capitalize on key growth opportunities in the region Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and relevant departments to support business objectives Manage sales personnel effectively to achieve team targets and foster a high-performance culture Analyze market trends and business financial information to inform decision-making and strategy development Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and business growth Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in sales within the piping systems industry Proficiency in English communication, both written and oral, to engage diverse stakeholders effectively Skilled in using standard processing software to support sales operations Detail-oriented approach to managing sales processes and customer relationships Results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market insights for strategic advantage Commercial acumen to understand business drivers and financial impacts Networking and influencing skills to build partnerships and drive collaboration Resilience and innovative thinking to overcome challenges and identify new opportunities Diploma or Degree in, Business Administration, or equivalent Experience in sales operations within the industrial piping channel is advantageous
