As we continue our tradition of excellence and commitment to our customers, we invite you to join our team. We are currently seeking an Inside Sale Representative for our Fenton, Missouri location.

The Inside Sales Representative provides essential support to Territory Managers by conducting equipment costing and facilitating effective communication between the Equipment Team and Sales Team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and perform machine costing based off Territory Managers input from forms
  • Send costing to salesmen, requesting a sales amount
  • Compile quotes to send to salesmen
  • Coordinate with the Finance Manager for deal status and any necessary paperwork
  • Get final paperwork for customers to sign compiled and sent to customers for signatures
  • Organize signed paperwork packet, costing and settlement sheet and send to appropriate member of the Equipment Department for final review and settling

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, dealership operations, or administrative support within the construction, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery sector (preferred but not required)

  • Familiarity with equipment specifications, attachments, and operational applications in construction or material handling (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, JD Edwards, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to interpret and prepare equipment costing accurately.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support multiple sales representatives and regions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination between Territory Managers, Equipment Team, and Financing Team.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify the best equipment configurations for specific applications.
  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and discretion in handling confidential pricing and contract information.
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with equipment terminology, specifications, and vendor processes preferred, but not required
