Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Source and attract top talent using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and technical evaluations.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Facilitate the offer process, including compensation discussions and negotiation when applicable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support hiring for roles in all phases of the company, including; manufacturing roles, skilled trades, maintenance and office positions.
Provide weekly updates on hiring progress and key metrics to HR leadership.
Perform other related duties as required
Education and/or Experience
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in engineering and/or manufacturing industries
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and familiarity with various sourcing techniques
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Knowledge of technical terms and job functions within engineering and manufacturing is a plus
Travel
This position requires some travel.
Computer Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
- Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

Knowledge of recruitment process
Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
Ability to operate under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
