We are a locally owned Vape & Tobacco retail shop dedicated to providing excellent customer service, a clean shopping environment, and a wide range of high-quality products. We are looking for a dependable and friendly Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

The Sales Associate will assist customers, process transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding age-restricted products. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, responsible, and able to work independently.

Pay & Benefits

Schedule

Part-time, 20–30 hours per week.
Applicants must be available to work closing shifts and some holidays.
Shifts may include:

• 12 PM – 6 PM
• 1 PM – 9 PM (closing)
• 9 AM – 3 PM
• 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Verify customer age and follow all ID-checking procedures
• Operate cash register, handle cash, and complete daily drawer counts
• Restock shelves and maintain accurate inventory
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Follow all vape/tobacco sales laws and store policies
• Complete assigned opening/closing duties

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older (ID required)
• Ability to work at least 1–2 closing shifts per week
• Availability on some holidays
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Retail experience is helpful but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
