Bourbon Steak Barback

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Barback to support the seamless operation of our bar. This role is essential in ensuring bartenders are equipped to deliver efficient, high-quality service by maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar environment.

The Barback will be responsible for preparing juices and garnishes, restocking coolers and storage areas, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food delivery to bar guests, and setting up and breaking down the bar. The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, and knowledgeable about beverage preparation and garnish techniques, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

• Perform set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging areas
• Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards
• Fold napkins for meal periods to maintain an adequate supply
• Clean unexpected spills and execute special guest requests
• Operate as a member of the team, helping others and requesting help as needed
• Responsible for setup and break down of bar
• Responsible for changing out and proper storage of liquor and beer kegs
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
• Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff and management
• Knowledge, understanding and compliance of policies and procedures, daily memorandums and other instruction
• High School education or equivalent
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch
• Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push
• Must have good near and far vision
• Must be able to hear, talk, smell
