Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team

Job Description:

  • Assist the PM in planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and budget adherence
  • Prepare and manage project documentation
  • Conduct on-site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations
