MDS Coordinator

Regalcare of Quincy is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to quality outcomes and resident-centered care. We're currently seeking an experienced, detail-driven MDS Coordinator to join our clinical leadership team for a 32-hour per week position. If you're organized, clinically sharp, and know your way around assessments and regulations, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and complete accurate MDS assessments in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Ensure timely submissions and support care planning processes
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Support audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Previous MDS experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of RAI process and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
