Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves a variety of tasks, including order processing, customer inquiries, and problem-solving.
Duties
Customer Service:
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately and timely.
- Create and distribute packing lists and invoices.
- Monitor and maintain the defect log.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on product information, company policies, and industry trends.
- Provide accurate information to customers and internal teams.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage customer files and information.
- Process literature requests.
- Prepare and distribute daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
- Regular sitting, standing, and walking
- Frequent use of hands and keyboard
- Occasional lifting of up to 5 pounds
- Ability to work in a moderate noise level office environment
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
