Production Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours may vary based on business needs)
Location: In-Office / On-Site

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure output, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for supervising production lines, coordinating labor, maintaining SOP compliance, and partnering with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise production lines and ensure daily/weekly production goals are achieved
  • Plan and execute production schedules based on forecasts and order demand
  • Assign labor to production lines to maximize throughput and maintain efficiency
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs and production requirements
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure raw material availability and timely replenishment
  • Track and report production output, downtime, and labor efficiency metrics
  • Identify bottlenecks, delays, and process issues; implement corrective actions
  • Ensure equipment readiness and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime
  • Train and coach production staff on procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Support capacity expansion initiatives including new production lines and process improvements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in production/manufacturing operations with supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of production workflows, scheduling, and labor allocation
  • Experience enforcing quality standards and SOP compliance
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable in a production environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable tracking performance metrics and reporting results

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-volume production or warehouse-adjacent manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with lean production concepts and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience working cross-functionally with warehouse and maintenance teams

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
